About the painted parakeet

Our Inspiration

I love to find inspiration from everything that I can. I am most inspired by my family, friends and of course nature. My favorite commissions are victorian pet portraits, I got the idea from this from my teacher who does professional pet portraits. I often incorporate my inspiration into my art though found objects that I adhere to the canvas like feathers. My biggest inspiration is the "VP" of the Painted Parakeet and the inspiration for the logo and name, my bird Nico!
